Is ADP the leading system then?
Usually yes: HR records a change once in ADP, and the flow passes it on. Where another system leads for a field, we agree that per field.
How do you handle personal data?
Everything runs in Dutch data centres, under a data processing agreement. The flow only handles the fields it needs, and the run logs show what was sent.
Does it handle retroactive or future dates?
Yes. A flow can wait until the effective date, or check every night which changes take effect today.
What does it cost?
Flowmage has one fixed monthly fee, with unlimited flows and runs. Implementation and support are billed on use. In a demo you get a price that fits your situation.
